We are 150 miles away from this garage and I cannot speak to highly of the service we received before making the decision to drive 150 miles to inspect the car. The car was as described in the advert and the photos were a true representation of the car. It was a pleasure and a relaxed professional translation. I will buy again from this garage.

Nice to find a company who put the customer first. I found the sales staff at Wanstead Carrages polite and well informed, and fantastic after sales support. We had minor issue with a sensor months after the car was purchased that was promptly addressed.

Had a problem with a vehicle after 8 months of purchasing it. I phoned up Matthew at Wanstead Carriages and he guided me how to claim on the warranty. The 15 months warranty that came with the package made my day, otherwise it was £900 on a clutch repair. Thank you Matthew and the warranty company! Alex.

Excellent Dealership. Chiyago was good and extremely helpful in assisting in my search for the right motor. The car was in excellent condition and a 15 month warranty thrown in really helped sweetened the deal. I would definitely go back to this dealership for future deals and hope you guys keep the same standard running for years to come. This dealership is highly recommended

After a rather bad experience with a car dealer in the Southend area , what an absolute breath of fresh air Wanstead Carriages proved to be, it must be the smartest and well presented dealership I have ever encountered. Thiago and Matthew are really good guys to do business with ,we found them to be professional ,polite and genuine. My Nissan Qashqai was spotless when I and my girlfriend picked it up.The guys certainly go completely against the bad image many 2nd hand dealers have . I can see many excellent reviews for them on this site, and rightly so. Although I do not have any immediate plans, I will certainly return to Wanstead Carriages for any future purchases.
